**HR Admin - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract**

**40 hours per week - £25,000.00 per annum**

Autograph Care is a leading provider of 4 residential and dementia care services in Yorkshire, East Midlands and the North West.

We are a private Health Care provider looking for an experienced HR Admin to join our central team on a fixed term basis.

A reasonable commutable distance will be required, as although this will be home based, travel across the 4 services may be required.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide support and admin assistance on HR casework.
- Provide support and admin assistance with Recruitment in the homes (posting adverts, providing interview questions and support, and checking documentation is complaint and meets CQC requirements).
- Support Home Management teams in maintaining mandatory Training compliance and requirements.
- Compliance checks and staff file audits.
- Assist with providing weekly and monthly Board reporting data.
- Maintain and administer company benefits and initiatives.
- Maintain and update Colleague Hub for all staff communications.
- General HR Administration and upkeep of HR System and staff files.

**Experience**:

- Strong HR Admin experience.
- Relevant HR qualification would be an advantage.
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- Experience of the care sector would be an advantage.
