**Job summary**:

- The TfL team leads our relationship with Transport for London & provides health & safety regulatory oversight of TfL’s management of safety risk across of all London’s metro rail services, including LUL, Overground, DLR, & airport people transit systems.**Job description**:
This exciting role involves leading an effective and supportive team that regulate TfL’s rail operations portfolio, including London Underground and Elizabeth Line, Docklands Light Railway, and London Overground. Its operations go beyond London, reaching to Bristol in the west and Shenfield in the east.

The team also have responsibility for regulatory oversight of the automated mass transit people movers at Gatwick, Heathrow, and Stansted airports.

The successful individual will be required to work from our London office for a minimum of three days per week, with the flexibility to suit business needs. The role also has a requirement for some out of hours / weekend work to reflect business needs.

- Hold a full inspector’s warrant under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
- Be capable of obtaining the London Underground (LU) relevant track safety qualification
