**Parts Co-Ordinator**
Our client a leading provider of wet processing solutions for the material processing industry through bold engineering in the waste recycling and natural processing industries is in search of a **Parts Co-ordinator **to join their team in Tyrone.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible for proactively gathering NPI ECNs using the ECN lister for assigned new models from worldwide sources
- Respond to and resolve Parts inquiries through follow up with Vendors regarding, parts arrival dates, no longer available or substitution of parts, wrong parts shipped, damaged, short shipped and/or missing packing slips issues
- Select, consolidate, and verify data from various sources for submission to Supervisor, such as Vendor performance, noncompliance, Purchase order accuracy and invoice reconciliation
- Initiate and maintain ongoing open communications with Vendors, Contact Centres, and other internal departments to verify, escalate or correct information
- Perform general office duties such as filing office documents, answering telephones, responding to a variety of routine and non-routine inquiries, scheduling/arranging meetings
- Receive and invoice all direct shipments to customer
- Inspects all material received for proper quantity, description, condition, and documentation according to purchase orders, drawings, manufacturers’ specifications, FAA regulations, and/or other specifications
- A relevant qualification with a minimum of 2 years previous experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of MS packages
