**Part time Site Controller - cleaning services - Tenby SA70**

We are seeking a part time site controller to organise and manage the performance of our cleaning teams at Haven holidays, Tenby location, in South Wales.

The site controller will be responsible for the management of a team of around 45 cleaning operatives and team leaders, ensuring the consistent and efficient delivery of our services on site.

The core hours of work will be 9am-5pm on a Monday and Friday each week. However, there may also be a need/opportunity to work additional hours at the caravan park on Tuesdays and Saturdays on an “as and when required” basis.

We offer a competitive rate of pay of **£13 00 per hour** plus a performance bonus for efficient and consistent service delivery.
- Two years’ experience in a supervisory position, preferably delivering cleaning services.
- Reliable hardworking and able to lead by example.
- Good communication skills and basic IT skills.
- Ability to manage a process and ensure team compliance.
- Excellent people management skills, ability to organise, communicate, coach and motivate team members to meet quality and productivity standards.
- Physically fit for the role which will involve walking and bending and general physical activity.
- Car driver with full driving licence.

We are also recruiting part time cleaning staff at the above location
