We are looking for a Travel Specialist to join the Global Arm Travel Team initially on a 6-month fixed term contract.

Our Travel team work on a number of exciting projects and events as well as supporting travellers globally with day-to-day requests and ensuring compliance of the travel policy for duty of care purposes. The Travel Specialist role requires working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders

Arm travellers are engaging and experienced, their needs can arise quickly and urgently, so you can expect an exciting and fast paced environment where no two days will be the same. Onsite travel support may be required at events from time to time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and organizing extensive group travel arrangements, including complex travel itineraries and logistics management as well as event room block contracts worldwide
- Preparing event/travel communications with key stakeholders across Arm
- Co-ordinating and supporting visa documentation for travellers
- Develop and manage travel supplier relationships from hoteliers to airlines
- Benchmark, analyze, monitor on report on travel spend and emissions data
- Maintain travel Slack channel and People Hub travel desk

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 2 years working in a corporate business travel role or similar organization/role
- Strong computer literacy and proficient use of Microsoft office package; Excel, Word and Powerpoint etc
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholder at all levels
- Friendly and collaborative

**'Nice to Have' Skills and Experience**:

- Experience working with Concur Travel (Online Booking Tool)
- Travel/events experience working on large complex events (500 pax plus)
