Commercial and Marketing Executive

**We are looking for a Commercial and Marketing Executive to join us in Southampton**
The purpose of this role is to work with the marketing team to support the development and delivery of our local marketing plan. You will be responsible for delivering end to end marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix that you are allocated.
You will also provide general support to the wider divisional commercial team by having responsibility for running weekly reports on performance metrics and managing our dynamic website pricing and content.
You will be based at our Southampton offices in Hampshire, with the option of hybrid working.

**What will you be doing?**
- Compiling internal and external newsletters
- Writing marketing briefs to deliver to marketing agencies
- Creating media plans designed to meet campaign aims within budget constraints
- Managing creative development and approval process for allocatedmarketing campaigns
- Working alongside PR and Internal Communications where relevant
- Facilitating campaign measurement and analysis of all projects undertaken
- Analysing complex data to then present and make recommendations via reports
- Responsibility of budgets for allocated projects and raising PO's
- Being the local custodian of the brand, ensuring governance is applied where required
**Who are we looking for?**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong numeracy skills with ability to collect and analyse data
- Proficient in using all Microsoft packages, especially Excel
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Confident using CMS to deliver web content
- Experience using social media platforms
- Proficient in using graphic design packages
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines
