X2 Recruit are currently recruiting for 10 x Housing Officers in your area.

We are looking to recruit housing officers for a government contract which is using hotels to house Asylum Seekers which can be a demanding but rewarding role. You will be the point of contact between the Supervisors/services and the asylum seekers in the hotel giving guidance and support to the residents so some experience of working with a front facing role will be an advantage but not essential to have dealt with Asylum Seekers before as full training will be given.

Requirements for the role
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge/experience of dealing with people on a face to face basis
- Good administration skills
- Ability to handle conflict
- Ability to prioritise varying workloads
- Computer literate (Excel, Word etc)
- Understanding & patient individual
- Available to work 4 days on, 4 days off 12 hours days and nights shifts
- Car driver preferred

For this role you will need to hold/obtain a DBS and to go through a Government security clearing process which we will require you to have lived in the UK for a minimum of 5 years and hold a valid passport/ID, you must also be able to provide proof of employment for the last 3 years in the UK.

Shifts are 4 days on 4 days off and will include days/nights and weekends once their induction and training has been completed.

Pay is £12.00ph.
