**About the role**

As the Housing Benefit Administrator, you will support our administration and housing team to ensure Housing Benefit claims are submitted in a timely manner, payments are received and updated on our client management system, and pursue any HB claims that become overdue.

You will support teams to complete claims and act as a main point of contact between Housing Benefit and Emerging Futures.

**About you**
- You have some experience of the benefits system and data management systems.
- You are a problem solver who likes to see things through to the end.
- You have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- You have good communication and analytical skills.
- You employ a mature, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards our stakeholders.
