**THE ROLE**

We are looking for a self motivated & skilled administrator with the ability to handle a large range of tasks with varying complexity. If you are looking for a role where you can work across a wide variety of tasks daily then this is the position for you.

**THE COMPANY**

NWFE Limited is a family run fire & security company based in Haslington, Cheshire. We offer a wide range of fire & security based services to businesses throughout the North West and beyond, as well as completing subcontracting work nationally. Services we offer include; fire extinguishers, fire alarms, emergency lighting, PAT testing, fire risk assessments, intruder alarms, access control and CCTV.

**MAIN DUTIES**

Below is a list of main duties & responsibilities; however, the duties may change per the needs of the company.
- Phone Management/Call Handling
- Job Scheduling
- Invoicing & Quoting
- Daily Management of Field Engineers
- Reporting to Management
- Quotation & Invoicing Preparations
- Processing Orders
- Ad-hoc Office Duties

**EXPERIENCE**

Ideally, we would prefer the applicants to have prior experience in an Administrative or Projects Coordination role, however in house training will be provided.

**BENEFITS**

Flexitime, 28 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays), Pension Scheme, Overtime Available.

**Salary**: £22,880.00-£24,960.00 per year
