**Health and Wellbeing Coordinator**

**Salary**:£24,494 - £27,809 per annum, plus excellent benefits

**Contract Type**:Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Permanent.

**Location**:Paignton, Devon

We are looking for a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our People Team. This is a busy role requiring a motivated individual that has a positive approach to the mental health and wellbeing of others. Your empathy and clear communication skills will be needed to help you oversee the college’s approach towards health and wellbeing for staff, including how it is reflected in the design of Continuous Professional Development, behaviour policies, and how staff are supported with their own wellbeing.
