Marketing Coordinator

Unity Dental Group, is a cluster of 6 Dental Practices in Devon, South West England. We operate mainly on a private basis and projecting the caring, dedicated and expert nature of those practices to the public, is of vital importance in helping us grow the group into the future.
We are seeking a talented and motivated 'Marketing Coordinator' to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping us reach our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and make a significant impact in the field of marketing.
It is imperative, that we gain 'top of the mind awareness' in the areas in which our practices are located, to genuinely stand out from local competition.
- **Key Responsibilities (Reporting to the Operations Manager)**:_
1) Assist in the development & implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, across the group.
2) Conduct market research on other local practices, reporting any trends, innovations or weaknesses to the Operations Manager.
4) Manage social media platforms for each practice, including sponsored campaigns.
5) Create and edit content for marketing materials, including blog posts, website copy, and social media posts, using the Canva design tool.
6) Visit each practice on a regular basis to gather engaging photo and video content to share via our digital channels on a regular and consistent basis.
7) Work collaboratively with the chosen website management company, to ensure the practice websites are accurate, engaging and legal.
8) Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, such as trade shows or conferences. Also, build productive relationships with other local businesses to help drive the visibility of each practice in the local area, further penetrating our target consumers.
9) Complete weekly & monthly reports (templates will be provided), submitting them to the Operations Manager in a timely fashion.
- **Key Requirements**:_
- **Dental experience is highly desirable, but not 100% essential.**_
1) Experience of managing marketing content B2B and C2C, including extensive experience of effectively managing social media platforms.
2) Be able to present a case study of how you have created and executed a marketing campaign during any interview, demonstrating it's effectiveness.
3) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
5) Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
6) Ability to analyse data and draw meaningful insights from marketing campaigns & customer data.
7) Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and external stakeholders.
8) Proficient in the use of Canva.
9) Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
