**Salary: £32,000-£35,000**

***Hours: 37.5 hours per week**

This is a client-facing position, therefore the role will be required to work across London 4-5 days per week.

Groundwork is searching for a dynamic, innovative, and forward-thinking clinician who can deliver customised training interventions for Trusted Adults so they can have meaningful conversations with young people who have been victims of crime.

According to research, most young people will have a trusted adult in whom they may confide and seek help, such as a parent/carer or a youth worker. This program is intended to offer trusted adults training, support, and resources to ensure that conversations with young people are as effective as possible.

Join our experienced and passionate team which provides a range of vital therapeutic interventions across London. Groundworks mental health offer works to improve children, young people, and their families mental health and wellbeing through a range of early intervention and prevention programs across the rich and diverse communities throughout London.

This is a new program funded by MOPAC (The Mayor’s Officer for Policing and Crime) to meet the needs of young people who have been victims of crime in London in order to help them cope and recover from their experiences.

**Please contact us if you have**:

- A relevant postgraduate professional qualification e.g., occupational therapist, psychotherapist, psychologist, counsellor.
- Current registration with relevant professional body, such as UKCP, BACP, BABCP, HCPC, and NMC.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills - particularly in relation to working with parents, carers, and professionals in a respectful and collaborative way.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement, including the ability to monitor and evaluate the quality and outcomes of the service.
