Team facilitator required to assist the teams with the management of a services across Sutton.

**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated team facilitator to assist the team with the management of services in Sutton. In this role you will coach and mentor the team in how to work in diverse situations with people with complex needs.
There will be some administration work with rota management, auditing and ensuring the documentation is to the required standard, alongside working hands on with the people we support.

This is a brilliant opportunity for the successful applicant to be fully involved in the shaping of the services, take ownership and development of your role to make sure the people we support have a good day every day

**Hours**:
Full time
- 39 hours***
Shifts will vary depending on the needs of the services each day.

**Location**:
This role will cover a variety of services across Sutton, Greater London.

**About you**:
Your professional and flexible nature will allow you to positively impact on those who you support and the rest of the team around you, allowing you to flourish and develop in this diverse and rewarding role.

A minimum of two years’ experience of supported living is essential, as is a demonstrable track record of working with this client group. You will need a good knowledge of the CQC standards, and the ability to work with all internal and external agencies.
- Good communication skills (both written and oral)
- Must have a positive attitude towards supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health difficulties to achieve citizenship.
