Bank Administration & Bookings Assistant | Springfield Hospital | Bank | Bank Hours
- An opportunity has arisen for a Bookings & Administration Assistant to join our Bookings team at Springfield Hospital. This role would suit an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and is used to dealing with customers directly. This is a full time role with enhancements for working unsocial hours. Be responsible for booking NHS outpatient, inpatients and day cases procedure appointments
- Send out relevant admission letters
- Arrange pre-assessment appointments
- Dealing with general enquiries from patients, external and internal medical secretaries, and other hospital departmental telephone queries
- Be organised
- Work to deadlines
- Have a great knowledge and understanding of IT packages
