**The Role**

We’re currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Regional Operations Manager to work in our Complex Care Division.The role is responsible for leading a regional operations team of care managers and care workers in the delivery of quality client-centeredComplex Care services and will hold the formal registration with regulatory agencies for the operating companies in the region.The role is home based, with weekly travel to Telford and travel to meet with Care Managers who are based from the North West tothe South Coast.

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for managing key commissioner and client relationships and identifying and delivering growth opportunities as well as assuring retention of existing business through maintaining good relationships and service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Line managing local teams
- Accountable for the financial budgets to ensure sustainable and profitable outcomes
- Hold registration for TCC and ICCM
- Managing and motivate staff and ensure adequate training is completed to match general and specific package medical and other needs
- Managing and develop strong and effective relationships with commissioners and customers and other local concerned parties
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards, driving continuous operational improvement in processes, systems and operational outcomes
- Working closely with clinical teams and engender a collaborative relationship to drive client outcomes
- Manage relationships with family and friends of clients addressing issues and supporting them in meeting a client’s care needs
- Build and mentor care providing teams
- Manage rotas (working closely with central rostering teams) and resourcing levels as required to ensure care requirements are met, including recruiting, training and mobilizing new packages of care

You will need to:

- Have leadership and management experience within complex care (3+ years)
- Be a graduate educated individual, with commercial, numerical, communication and analytical skills
- Have evidence of successfully managing and delivering a high quality complex care service
- Have experience of working in an environment where clinical and quality governance were core values resulting in high service quality
- Be willing to travel - field-based
- Have the ability to influence and develop relationships with commissioners and clients and their families to deliver goals
- Be proficient user of Microsoft Office
