Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Care Manager to lead our supported living services across Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and the West Midlands. As a Regional Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of service managers to ensure effective coordination and delivery of care across all settings.
- Provide complex care expertise and guidance to your team to ensure exceptional care is delivered to our service users.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards, including personal care provision, as the CQC registered manager.
- Collaborate with local authorities, health professionals, and families to create a supportive environment for our service users.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in management of supported living settings, with extensive understanding and hands-on experience across complex care and support.
- Genuine commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals.
- Full UK driving license is essential.
