Regional Supported Living Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Supported Living Manager to lead and oversee multiple supported living settings across Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and the West Midlands.

About the Role:

  • Leadership and Oversight: Manage a team of dedicated service managers, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of care across all settings.
  • Complex Care Expertise: Guide and support your team in providing exceptional care, with a strong understanding of complex learning, physical, and mental health needs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards, including 'personal care' provision.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with local authorities, health professionals, and families to create a supportive environment for our service users.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record within management of supported living settings, with extensive understanding and hands-on experience across complex care and support.
  • Passion: Genuine commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals.
  • Location: Based in the West Midlands, with travel across Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and surrounding areas.
