Regional Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our dedicated team at Komplex Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care services in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and clients to ensure holistic care
  • Inspire, motivate, and build a highly skilled and engaged workforce
  • Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to frontline staff
  • Maintain and improve CQC standards within all packages
  • Rota management
  • Work in a fast-paced reactive environment
