We are seeking a dedicated Regional Supported Living Manager to lead and oversee multiple supported living settings across Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and the West Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care.
Your Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Oversight: Manage a team of dedicated service managers, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of care across all settings.
- Complex Care Expertise: Guide and support your team in providing exceptional care, leveraging your strong understanding of complex learning, physical, and mental health needs.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve care standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including service users, families, and external partners.
