Regional Supported Living Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Supported Living Manager to lead and oversee multiple supported living settings across Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and the West Midlands.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of dedicated service managers, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of care across all settings.
  • Provide complex care expertise, guiding and supporting your team in providing exceptional care.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards, including 'personal care' provision.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, health professionals, and families to create a supportive environment for our service users.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record within management of supported living settings, with extensive understanding and hands-on experience across complex care and support.
  • Genuine commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals.
  • Based in the West Midlands, with travel across Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and surrounding areas.
