**Job Title**:Sales and Retention Advisor

**Location**:Newcastle

**Salary**:£23,526 (£11.31 p/h)

**Bonus**: Average bonus £4k per year with potential to exceed based on performance

**Contract**:Full time - permanent

**Hours**:40 hours over 5 days a week

**Shifts**:Shifts will fall between Mon-Fri 8am-7:15pm/Sat 9am - 5:15pm (alternate weeks)

**What will I be doing?**:

- Supporting customers in a high-volume contact centre via telephone
- Striving towards sales goals or retaining customers at the end of their policy
- Engaging with customers, building confidence to deliver outstanding customer outcomes on every call
- Identifying customer needs to ensure the correct products are promoted to them whilst resolving all queries
- Pushing for better by using resources, tools and systems available to offer the best customer outcome
- Maintaining focus and composure during peak call times, ensuring each customer receives the same exceptional level of service
- Taking care of a variety of customers including distressed/angry customers.

**Your interview**

If you fit the behavioural profile to thrive within the role and environment, you will then be invited to attend a final stage interview which lasts approximately 60mins. You’ll meet with our friendly interviewers for a competency-based interview that contains a role play.

**Onboarding**

Once we’ve made you an offer and completed your pre-employment checks, you’ll receive your contract.

**Training and going live on the phones**

Training will be conducted by our expert Academy team, onsite for a period of up to 4 weeks until you feel confident on the phones. Full support will be provided by your Line Manager, even when you move to Hybrid working.
