- AD1357We are seeking an individual with good customer service experience to join our busy finance and procurement team to assist in the achievement of the Arts University Bournemouth (AUB) strategic plan targets.

The post holder should have experience of switching between systems and be able to use a variety of different programmes, sometimes simultaneously. The programmes that the post holder has access to will include the University’s accounting system, online store system, recurring card payment system and student records system.

The successful applicant may have a knowledge of accounting but will be interested in learning more in this area and would be looking to develop skills whilst undertaking tasks such as posting of bank receipts and supporting of the sales ledger function.

We are looking for an individual who can manage their own workload in an environment that provides new challenges every day, who can meet these challenges with a high level of customer focus. The post holder will need to be able to work within a team, whilst being able to work on their own at times using their own initiative. Excellent interpersonal skills as well as communication (written and verbal) skills are necessary within this challenging environment.
