**Location**: Bournemouth
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30 (1hr lunch break), 1 in 6 Saturday’s 9 am - 12 pm
**Salary **£21,750 p/a
**Probation **6 month
There is a new opportunity to join our successful client in Bournemouth as a Purchase Ledger on a permanent basis.
**Duties**:
- Completing Purchase Orders/Extras within Filemaker for Sales Ledger to produce the customer’s invoice with the correct information needed by the customer.
- Process invoices in Sage, ensuring that the information is entered correctly to enable Nominal Ledger to make accurate payments.
- Ensuring proper destruction of scanned/processed paperwork.
- Where the service on any invoice is not as expected, record this on the undercharge spreadsheet to report to the Purchase Ledger Team Leader for further investigation.
