Job Description

As the Sales Ledger Clerk/Reconciliations Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for various bank accounts
  • Investigate and clear down unreconciled bank reconciliation items
  • Resolve internal and external queries
  • Process payment postings
  • Action refunds
  • Check daily bank balances and run daily banking
  • Any other adhoc tasks as requested by the Finance Manager

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the Sales Ledger Clerk/Reconciliations Clerk role, you must:

  • Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
  • Be immediately available or on short notice
  • Be able to communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • Be confident using Excel to an intermediate level
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Be trustworthy and reliable
