**The Role**
The purpose of this role will be to support Premium Credit’s products, services, and journeys across our digital estate. You will support our partners with using our services, both using our APIs via their own platform and the PCL portals. You will act as a 2nd line support for our portals and 1st line support for our integrated partners. The role is primarily responsible to support a frictionless journey across each of the PCL touchpoints. You will share feedback to the Digital Product team, identifying improvement opportunities that will benefit users. You will work with Partner L&D to identify training needs of partners.
**_You will also:_**
- Direct engagement of new and existing partners, including supporting partner facing calls and managing the set-up of their integrated solution and/or portal access.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to help promote the use of our digital services across the business.
- Confident with partner engagement and able to represent the business, with a digital mindset.
- Work with colleagues to provide input to help shape Premium Credit’s digital strategies across our chosen markets.
- Active alignment and engagement with partners.
- Identify ways to minimise Digital rejection rates by analysis of rejection statistics and striving for zero rejection volumes.
- Provide suggestions to support the ongoing development and management** **of** **the products and services offered through our digital services.
