**About the role**:
We are currently hiring Creative Strategists to manage the creative production process for our portfolio of brands at BM Digital. As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for managing the entire video production and iteration process end-to-end, from concept to scriptwriting to live testing on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.

Creative Strategists are the storytellers behind each video ad. This person is creative and analytical: they must be able to communicate a clear message through short-form videos and determine the best ways to vary the content for different audiences. They will utilize both video and written language to craft compelling stories out of raw footage. They work alongside content creators and video editors but should have demonstrated proficiency with visual communication and pacing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build strong processes and content pipelines to meet client needs and develop high-quality content that helps clients achieve desired results quickly.
- Understand clients' needs and create a plan to help them reach their goals. We are looking for leaders who can take initiative. We’re not looking for order takers or question answer-ers.
- Be the sole “go-to for everything” person for clients and for the internal marketing team for anything related to creatives, content production, and design. Create tailored plans for clients’ unique needs & coordinate with internal teams to execute them.
- Hold clients and our internal delivery team accountable for executing content plans and adapting as needed to achieve KPIs.
- Identify what their future constraints might be for each client once the initially agreed results have been delivered.
- Actively contribute to marketing strategy with the paid media and influencer teams in order to be able to optimize the creative process and creative output.
- Support additional projects as needed (e.g. new business pitches, market reviews, and competitive landscape analysis).
- 2+ years of working in a creatively driven role such as Brand Management, Marketing, Advertising, or Video Production
- Copywriting, brief drafting, and storyboarding experience
- A love to work in an environment that is ever-changing since we are partnered with hundreds of different brands
- Direct response marketing/sales experience
- Experience in short-form branded content
- Demonstrated interest in digital media/online video

**Preferred Traits**:

- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Experience in video production for digital direct response advertising (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Ads)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic and highly optimistic
- Exceptional business acumen and problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically
- Exceptional ability to manage stress and deal with multiple challenging and distinct projects in parallel
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment

**Salary**:
Compensation for this position is a base + performance pay, with on-track earnings between $3k and $8k per month
