Advanced Child Care Assessments Limited is one of the Country’s largest providers of Independent Social Work reports in the UK. We work with Local Authorities and Solicitors to provide independent expert social work assessment reports.

**The Role**:
The Administrator role is responsible for general administrative duties including providing CVs, timescales and cost estimates. Dealing with Solicitors and Social Workers and liaising with Instructing Solicitors and Social Workers throughout the course of the case.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To work efficiently and accurately in line with our values and targets. Providing the information needed to acquire new instructions.
- To undertake the administrative responsibilities to progress instructions.
- To take responsibility for progressing each case on every touch.
- To build relationships with our associate base of Independent Social Workers and Parenting Practitioners.
- To build relationships with our Instructing Solicitors and Social Workers to ensure that the needs of each individual case are met.
- To work flexibly in line with the needs of our customers.
- To provide excellent customer service.
- Accuracy in quality assuring our reports are met to the high standard the company has a reputation in the industry for.

- The person appointed will be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
- The person appointed must be able to work to targets in a busy environment.
- You must have superb customer service skills.
- You will be keen to learn, develop and pick up new skills.
- You must be an enthusiastic team player, and able to work closely with colleagues and customers.
- You must have a solution focused approach.
- Previous knowledge and experience of working within a Family Law and/or a Social Work environment is desirable, but not essential.
- English and Maths to G.C.S.E standard Grade C or equivalent
- Computer literate

**Package**
- Salary £20,500
- 37.5 Hours Mon-Fri
- Company Stakeholder Pension
- 20 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays
