The role:
Asa Sales Administrator, you’ll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service. The Sales Administrator will support the Energy Efficiency Team with growing levels of enquiries and resulting sales as we experience exceptional growth period inthe UK’s Solar market. The Sales Administrator role is a new role and is pivotal to the success of the Energy Efficiency and Solar Teams
Key Responsibilities:
Support the business through order processing, customer communication and internal communication
To provide consistent and considered communication throughout our internal and external customer network, which always positively promotes the Energy Efficiency business, our offer and how we add value
Facilitate administration and organisation of training needs with internal and external stakeholders
Develop other members of City Plumbing with renewable and energy efficiency product knowledge
Coordinate and manage training events through the centre for both internal colleagues and external customers
This is a hybrid-based opportunity with true flexibility to work from home, but you should be within commutable distance of our offices in Chorley, Lancashire
You:

Required skills and competencies:
Previous experience working within an Administrative, Data or Sales role would be beneficial
Previous experience in Order Processing
Able to review and challenge instructions where ambiguity may exist
Competent in use of Microsoft Excel & Word and Google
Excellent grasp of the English Language both written and verbal
A team player, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
