**Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator**

**Location: Chorley, Preston**

**Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 + Bonus Scheme**

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning Administrator to join the existing team and provide support to the companies Independent Financial Advisers. (IFA) and members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). You will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to your IFA while contributing to the overall success and growth of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative assistance to your dedicated IFA, including but not limited to managing calendars, arranging client meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Utilise your technical proficiency in financial planning tools, software, and systems to streamline processes, analyse data, and assist in the creation of financial plans and investment strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the IFA in servicing client accounts, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries, managing documentation, and assisting in delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team, contributing insights, participating in strategy sessions, and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and business growth.
- Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry, ensuring all administrative practices and client interactions adhere to compliance standards.
- Foster a positive and engaging working relationship with the IFA, embracing their affinity for good-hearted banter while maintaining professionalism and delivering outstanding support.
