As a Customer Service Admin Apprentice, you'll have the incredible chance to join our team of dedicated professionals and learn how to provide outstanding services for businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Open and distribute post out to the correct departments
- Marking Customer's Direct Debit's as cancelled and sending out new mandate letters
- Setting up new Direct Debits from mandates received and sending payment letters
- Working the daily Insurance List
- Calling insurance companies for updates on insurance claims, funds & documents
- Liasing with customers and GAP insurance throughout the claim
- Writing up insurance cheques that come in from insurance and GAP companies
- Printing out and sending new customer welcome letters and settlement letters
- Booking the new deals, checking all information matches HP and system
- Scanning new deal and completing checklist to show all information is accurate
- Running the 207 report and updating any incorrect details
- Completing account amendments
- Checking Experian Car Data reports and updating system
- Completing daily CHAPS payments
- Scanning from all relevant departments
- Completing 'Welcome Calls' for customers who have taken out a Hire Purchase agreement. This includes making sure that the customer has collected the vehicle, and are satisfied with the vehicle as well as their payment schedule
- Answering the telephone and aiding customers with queries or passing their call to the relevant department as appropriate
- Issuing settlement figures to customers over the telephone and answering queries relating to this
- Advising customers and answering queries realting to their credit profile and information reported to Credit Reference Agencies
- Taking card payments and setting up direct debits for customers with an insurance shortfall
- Aiding and advising customers who have reported non complex queries and complaints in line with company procedure
- Any other tasks as required
