Job description

Starting Salary: £20,000.00 - £22,000.00, progression within the role.

We are looking for a suitable individual to become part of our Business Support Team as a Compliance Administrator. You will become part of a growing support team, dealing with the compliance and accuracy checking of legal documents and instructions on new business submissions. Working closely with our team of advisors and legal drafters, this role will suit an individual with a high level of attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.

The successful individual will be responsible for the compliance checking of instructions as they come in from our advisors to ensure they are legally applicable and suitable for the client’s particular needs, so a background knowledge of Estate Planning and Will Writing is essential.

As Foresight is part of a group of companies with whom we work closely, the individual must have the ability to communicate effectively with different departments whether that is the advisors, administrators, or external service providers.

**Key duties include**:

- Compliance checking of new cases submitted by consultants
- Submission of new business
- Liaising with advisors, legal team and support team.
- Inputting new client details into the back-office system
- First approval of drafted legal documents
- Communication with clients and complaint handling
- Understanding of the back-office systems
- Contributing to new ideas on how to develop the business further

**Requirements**:

- Works well within a team
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel and computer system literate
- High literacy and grammar skills
- Keen attitude to learn
- Background knowledge in Estate Planning, including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts (essential)
