This is an exciting time to join a growing team of dynamic professionals as early intervention is becoming a growing priority nationally.
We are looking for highly motivated, creative individuals to join our team that is committed to improving child and adolescent mental health in Hertfordshire.
Step2 is an Early Intervention CAMHS service that is seeking to recruit an innovative, enthusiastic practitioner who has significant experience of working therapeutically with young people both individually and through group work which is an area that is continually developing. The individual will be committed to providing high quality care for children and young people while working in a dynamic, supportive and caring team.

We may incorporate a hybrid work model and we will consider reasonable work-related adjustments that align with service needs.
A full valid driving license and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
You will be delivering highly skilled clinical work and will be expected to work flexibly, willing to work across the County of Hertfordshire and be able to adapt the way you work to best meet the needs of our most vulnerable children and families.
