Key Responsibilities of a Purchase Ledger Clerk:

- Processing sales invoices
- Completing credit control transactions and contacting customers regarding debt collection
- Entering and processing ledger data
- Ensuring all sales invoices are settled promptly and within contracted terms
- Preparing statements for clients

Key Skills of a Purchase Ledger Clerk:

- A good understanding of purchase ledger
- Experience in payroll administration
- Confidence working autonomously as well as part of a team
