The Ticket Factory is a leading national ticket agent for events across the UK and the official box office for the National Exhibition Centre, Resorts World Arena and Utilita Arena Birmingham.

**We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing people with a positive confident attitude, excellent communication skills and exceptional phone manner to work in our Contact Centre, located at the NEC.**
You will play an important role, selling tickets, handling customer enquiries, and keeping our customers happy. You will be expected to provide a quality front line service, handling customer bookings and helping to resolve enquiries over the phone.
Experience of working in a customer services environment, either face to face or in a busy contact centre. Effective communication and diplomacy skills. Knowledge and experience of ticketing and cloud based customer contact systems and Microsoft 365. Flexible with your availability. A positive can-do attitude.
Our Contact Centre is the hub of our modern and comfortable offices at The NEC and provides a customer focused booking service 7 days a week. Our Customer Advisors will work annualised hours on a flexible rota covering shifts between 08:45am - 19:00pm, including weekends. They also cover Box Office/kiosk duties at events and on concert nights.
