We are proud to be partnering with a grant giving organisation to find their new Team Administrator.

The organisation supports some of the most marginalised communities in the UK through grant giving and they are looking to bring in a temp to start on January 23rd with a view to becoming permanent. This role offers flexible, hybrid working.

Working in a team of seven and reporting to the Foundation Director, you will contribute to the effective and efficient running of the Foundation, including its grant-making. You will assist members of the Foundation team by providing administrative support whilst managing your own workload.

Main responsibilities:

- Administering the acknowledgement and refusals process
- Administering the grant payment process
- Maintaining accurate grant records on the GIFTs database

Supporting decision-making and governance
- Scheduling Board and Committee meetings and managing members' attendance at face-to-face and virtual meetings
- Preparing and distributing agendas and papers electronically for Board and Committee meetings
- Minuting Board and Committee meetings, with support from other team members
- Tracking our grant-making spend across the year
- Acting as first point of contact for Foundation correspondence, and conducting routine correspondence
- Updating the Foundation website

This is an exciting and varied role and you will also be required to book courses, events and travel, booking supplies and occasional front of house cover.
