You will organise and schedule a range of meetings to support the corporate governance team, which will include the full facilitation of meetings and preparation of papers/reports. This will include the need to prompt and follow up work assigned to senior colleagues to ensure meeting deadlines are met and includes papers required from outside the organisation.

Adapting, developing and implementing departmental systems and processes will be required in this role together with an advanced use of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

This role will also support the trust Document Control Library service.

You will require an eye for detail and be able to work with mínimal supervision whilst organising, prioritising and delivering your own workload alongside that of the team, often to tight deadlines.
