HMAC Ventilation Services are recruiting an experienced office/service desk administrator to support day to day operations.

We are looking for a motivated team player who has excellent telephone communication skills and works under their own initiative.

The ability to respond quickly and give great customer service are essential to being successful within this role.

Previous experience working on an operations desk would be advantageous.

**The role involves**:

- Regular client communications including but not limited to responding to their questions and keeping them updated with the progression of their job/report.
- Data input and updating actions on our software system.
- Client quotations.
- Assisting with job scheduling.
- Compiling reports for clients
- Dealing with incoming deliveries.
- Following Company Health & Safety, Environment & Quality Procedures.
- Assisting with accreditations.

**Additional information**:
This role will be based in our Laindon office.
