**Pay Rates**:
£11.00 - £12.00 paye per hour

£12.00 - £13.00 paye inclusive of holiday pay per hour

£13.00 - £14.00 umbrella per hour

All of the rates are depending on skill and experience

**Working Days and Hours**:Mon - Friday 9am - 5pm (37.5hrs p/w)

**Working from Home**:Working arrangement would be coming into the office 3xp/w and the other 2x days working from home, this would need to be agreed with the client

**Job Purpose**

Our client is responsible for bringing together education and training resources from NHS organisations and community providers, as well as local authorities. Training Hubs are the 'go to’ place for any information about primary care workforce, educationand development and are vital to supporting the transformation of primary care, through developing the current and new workforce required to deliver world class patient care across an ICS.

Training Hubs are responsible for implementing a wide range of recruitment and retention initiatives including: career development and support for all staff in primary care from new to practice to mid and late career; approval of training practices and educators;support PCNs with the breadth of workforce planning and embedding new roles through the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS); procurement and development of education and training for the primary care staff. The Workforce Administrator is responsiblefor providing high-quality, comprehensive, and effective administration support to the Training Hub with CPD and training.

**Duties**
- Arranging meetings, preparing agendas and transcribing minutes of meetings
- Providing administrative and project support and developing and implementing administrative systems.
- Responsible for decisions made during the course of duties, seeking guidance and escalating issues where appropriate
- Assist with the delivery of project plans and workstreams, as directed by line manager and raising any issues with delivery to line manager
- Responsible for the monitoring of one or more budgets
- Seeks best value for money within own area of work
- Assist with the production of formal reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to a professional standard.
- Establish processes, systems, and procedures to manage all office administration, suggesting and implementing changes to improve effectiveness
- Support with raising requisitions for corporate orders and ensure that all invoices received into the team are processed appropriately and efficiently
- Responsible for keeping the Primary Care Workforce Intranet updated regularly, working closely with the communications and wider team to ensure all updates are featured.

**Experience, Skills and Qualification**
- Solid experience of working in a senior administration or secretarial environment
- Experience of working in a service focused environment.
- Experience of arranging meetings, preparing agendas and transcribing minutes of meetings
- Experience of providing administrative and project support and developing and implementing administrative systems.
- Good communicator, with ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels
- Flexible and adaptable to meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Ability to work flexibly in order to meet the needs of the service.
- Ability to plan workload considering conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Good communications skills using a range of methods e.g. written and verbal.
- Advanced Keyboarding Skills
- Minute taking, audio typing/digital dictation skills
- Attention to detail
- Prioritisation and organisation skills
- Able to analyse data from databases to present summary results and/or draw conclusions
