Your remit will be to contribute to the product quality, safety and recovery processes in the store.

WHAT WE OFFER
- This role offers an hourly rate of £12
- IKEA is a Living Wage Foundation Employer.
- 30 hours weekly, working 5 days over 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends
- 20 hours weekly, working 5 days over 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends
- 16 hours weekly, working 4 days over 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends
- Working hours are between 8am - 9:30pm

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- Business-minded and result-driven with a customer focus.
- Experience of working in a customer
- and commercial-oriented business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, through As-Is Selling, Repackaging or spare parts management.
- Present and Sell IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride, and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the business.
- Always consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products.
- Represent and be an ambassador for product recovery, quality, and safety awareness in the unit.
- Work closely with the different functions in the unit to ensure that common working routines and processes are followed related to product quality, safety and recovery.
- Support and execute the product quality and safety related tasks in the unit to constantly improve customers’ product quality perception of our IKEA products.
