**The Role**:
Reporting to the Head of Digital Delivery, you will align vision and delivery to corporate objectives and customer needs. As well as ensuring a robust digital delivery experience.

Interacting with multiple stakeholders you will need to get hands on with technical terms and balance your time effectively across our network and strategies.

The Delivery Manager will support the delivery of all digital development as well as technical systems development.

**Key responsibilities / accountabilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects and product enhancements
- Build and maintain motivated delivery teams, making sure there is an iterative plan to work towards
- Ensure the team collaborates, communicates, and focuses on key targets and delivery commitments
- Preparing and managing comprehensive budgets, reflecting planning, resource needs and risks.

**Key performance measures**:

- Clear documentation, roadmaps and reports in line with project requirements
- Identification constraints and risks that may impact delivery
- Effective communication to a range of stakeholders
- Engagement of a project team
- Delivery of business value through digital and IT change projects
- Feedback from project resources and stakeholders
- Successful completion of the digital and IT roadmaps
- Delivery to plan, to required deadlines and in line with business requirements

**Experience**:

- Prince II certified / Scrum master (desirable, not required)
- Experience in matrix-managing delivery resources
- Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods and tools
- Experience of managing teams and third parties

**Skills**:

- A clear and concise communicator
- Someone who is open, consultative and enjoys working with others as a peer and manager
- A willingness to challenge assumptions or generate imaginative and innovative ideas
- Enjoys being hands on and practical
- Able to demonstrate good time management
- Can demonstrate commitment to the APM and actively embodies the values of the organization by maintaining a professional image at all times
