As an Administrative and Database Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our events organisation. You will manage administrative tasks and maintain the company's database to support efficient event planning and execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Secretarial Duties**:

- Schedule appointments and meetings for executives.
- Prepare and maintain event documentation, including contracts, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update the company's database with accurate and relevant information.
- Ensure data integrity and security, including regular backups.
- Generate reports and insights from the database to aid decision-making.
- Collecting the accurate database from social media and websites
- **Event Support**:

- Collaborate with event planners to ensure seamless coordination of administrative tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of event materials and logistics.
- **Office Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Order and manage office supplies.
