**About the role**:
We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated administrator to join us here at NFU Mutual as part of our Head Office Underwriting and Pricing function in Stratford upon Avon.

Working as part of a small, dynamic team of Administrators, and closely with the department Personal Assistants, you’ll provide essential administrative support to the function, which comprises around 200 professionals.

As a pivotal member of our team, your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

- **
Health and safety oversight** - you’ll take charge of health and safety responsibilities for the entire department, managing tasks such as DSE (display screen equipment) renewals, attestations, driving declarations, and more. There’s an opportunity for you to drive efficiencies and improvements in this space.
- ** New starter support** - assisting in onboarding new starters within the department, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary administrative support.
- ** Stationary management -** handle stationary orders to maintain a well-equipped and organised working environment.
- ** Workday and PO process** - manage the Workday system and purchase order processes to streamline departmental operations.

**About you**:
Your strong organisational and administrative abilities will be the cornerstone of your success within this role, and your proven track record in providing administrative support (ideally to a similar sized function) will showcase your ability to handle various tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Additionally, you’ll be able to demonstrate:

- A proactive approach to work and the ability to effectively prioritise workload
- A collaborative workstyle and excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Previous experience of working with the Workday system and PO processes would be advantageous.
