This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business that has been privileged to carry out work and serve our NHS over the last two years.
You would be employed in the position of receptionist/administration/sales with ASAP Mobile Servicing & Crash Repair Centre Ltd specialising in vehicle servicing and vehicle damage repairs. You must also hold a full UK driving licence as you will be required to collect and deliver customer's vans & cars to their place of work etc.

The main tasks involved are:
- General office duties including filing, invoicing, client bookings, research and sales calls
- Answering the telephone.
- Deal with initial Client inquiries and making bookings ordering parts.
- Greet and provide for visitors to our offices.
- Open and distribute incoming postal and electronic mail.
- General word processing and spreadsheet duties.
- Typing up sales invoices and gaining order numbers
- Processing of purchase ledger invoices, using manual and/or computer methods.
- Collect & deliver customer vehicles from various locations.
- Business development, to promote the business of the company, its name and reputation in an effort to introduce new clients to the company.
- Use the photocopier.
- Maintaining a daily diary of tasks completed, detailing problems incurred and resolved and the experience gained.
- To be prepared to carry out other duties as required and participate as part of a team maintaining high standards of workmanship and personal achievement.
