**THE ROLE**

This is a Hybrid working role, where you’ll work part of your time at home and part of the time from our Head Office based in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Our Hybrid Working Policy is flexible, and the frequency of time spent in your contracted office will vary across teams and job roles.

**THE CANDIDATE**
You’ll have excellent communication skills who is self-motivated and proactive and be able to build and nurture effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver on multiple projects. You’ll be highly organised and prepared to take ownership of administrative tasks and have the confidence to provide support to our professional team of chartered surveyors.

The role would suit an individual with aspirations to attain membership of the RICS for which support would be given.
