Belvoir Group Plc is offering the opportunity to train as an HR Support apprentice in a highly professional environment in Grantham town centre at the Head Office of the UK's largest property sales and lettings franchise group. This apprenticeship is suitable for someone who has **not **studied HR before, but who is passionate about starting a career in this field.

**Working week **37hrs (9 - 5.30 Mon to Thu, 9 - 5 Fri)

**Annual wage **£11,544 (£6.00 per hour)

**Vacancy description**

We have an Apprenticeship opportunity at our Central Office on London Road in Grantham. This Apprenticeship offer a unique opportunity to develop the broad range of skills required for career success in Human Resources Function. The role will be based within our busy HR department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for collating and inputting the monthly payrolls for 200 employees for submission to Head of HR for approval in line with payroll cut off timeframes.
- Recruitment - preparing job descriptions and posting job adverts, arranging interviews and follow up actions
- Prepare commission statements for payroll purposes
- Commission and Holiday pay calculations
- Prepare draft contracts, variation to contract letters and commission side letters.
- First point of contact for initial HR queries, escalate to HR Advisor or Head of HR where necessary
- Carry out & provide standard employee references
- Minute taking for Disciplinaries/ Grievances and other relevant meetings.
- Assist with Budget and Audit prep
- Maintaining payroll systems and databases including inputting joiners & resetting users. Granting access.
- Setting up manual staff files. All paper filing.
- Creating and maintaining holiday plans/ Hierarchy
- Preparing salary letters
- Preparing offer letters/ replies to resignation letters
- Preparing end of probation letters
- Keeping the Car Park licences correct and insurances
- Corporate eyecare
- PDR and 121 admin
- General admin, scanning completed payroll
- Sending out induction pack to brand managers
- Staff Anniversaries and key dates
- Dealing with P11’s and sending out P45’s

**Desired qualifications**

A minimum of GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English is essential.

**Training to be provided**

In addition to training and mentoring in the workplace from a highly experienced team, you will attend Grantham College one day a week to complete your training.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
