**Duties**:

- You will work alongside the Senior Sales Administrator to provide admin support to the department and assist in the recruitment of potential new Franchise Owners into our network.
- You will engage, build a rapport and support prospective franchisees, from their initial enquiry through to the point of signing their Franchise Agreement.
- You will deal with new recruits using agreed marketing tools. These methods include (but are not limited to) online communications, CRM systems, exhibitions, responding to enquiries and researching relevant channels.

**Requirements**:

- GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English
- 2 A-levels or equivalent
- Ideally some experience of working in a customer-focused role in an office environment.

Successful completion of the apprenticeship will lead to the award of level 3 Business administrator.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £6.00 per hour
