**Job overview**:
Working within the Digital Training team you will assist with providing training and knowledge. You will support the implementation and development of clinical systems within the Trust.

You will assist with the training on all Digital systems to end users through one to ones and group based training sessions.

You will motivate users who are reluctant to embrace new Digital skills and use powers of persuasion to enhance the benefits new skills will bring

You will also play a key role in promoting Digital and raising Digital awareness by visiting wards and departments to identify any support required.

**Main duties of the job**:
To Support the administration & configuration of the IT systems and user accounts

To assist in ensuring that all users make full and effective use of IM&T systems by planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating training courses

- Educated to Diploma Level or equivalent experience
- Evidence of professional and /or personal staff development
- Educated to GCSE/O Level standard

**Desirable criteria**:

- Evidence of a formal teaching/training qualification and/or equivalent e.g. PTTL, Cert Ed
- Evidence of successfully completing a presentation course
- ECDL or equivalent
