We are looking for a Recruitment Digital Marketing Officer to support the Northern Care Alliance in delivering effective recruitment marketing communications across a range of online channels.

This is an exciting and varied role with opportunities to work and build relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

**Main duties of the job**:
You will have an active part in our Digital Resourcing team and be involved in all aspects of marketing - from campaign planning, creative and content creation to digital advertising, social media, and reporting.

You will be expected to travel to different hospital and community sites to speak with hiring managers, photograph, or film colleagues, in order to turn recruitment messages into attractive marketable content and materials.

In a typical week, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online channels - including social media, careers website and our internal intranet page, and take steps to identity new opportunities to reach and engage with key talent communities.

We are looking for a strong communicator, who can flex their working style (working independently and also within team settings) and who has experience of managing competing deadlines.

**Detailed job description and main responsibilities**:
The NCA Digital Resourcing team is responsible for talent attraction, ensuring key vacancies are optimised, agency spend is minimised and time to hire is reduced.

We have a selection of established social channels dedicated to careers, including X/Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. We also have a careers website which records an average of 25,000 web visitors per month.

We are very passionate about the potential of our inhouse digital resourcing team and have supported training seminars and apprenticeships to achieve professional and personal growth.

- Marketing/Communications degree or equivalent experience
- Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Level 3 Digital Marketing Certificate

**Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience**:

- Experience of working in a marketing or communications role
- Experience managing a corporate social media account
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled use of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Experience with systems used to manage communications and marketing activity
- Demonstrable skills in graphic design, illustration, and photo and video production and editing
- Wider awareness of social media platforms and content trends
- Able to build and manage effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle

**Desirable criteria**:

- Experience in a fast-paced Recruitment/Resourcing environment
- Ability to use analytics tools to create meaningful reports, including Google Analytics
