**Location: MOR Bakery, Chipping Campden**

We're looking for a experienced Baker to join the team at our Bakery HQ in Chipping Campden.

At MOR, we pride ourselves on crafting bread and viennoiserie that highlight the excellent local producers and ingredients. We have built a strong reputation for our high-quality baked goods and cafe environment. As a local favorite, we are committed to maintaining an environment that brings people together through good food and good company.

**The Role**:
We are looking for passionate Night Bakers to expand our existing team. You will play a crucial role in the bakery, being part of the sourdough baking process from start to finish, ensuring the quality that MOR Bakery is known for. Hours between 9pm - 6am

**Responsibilities**:

- Baking off a wide assortment of goods including cakes, cookies, pies, bread, and pastries.
- Following both traditional and modern recipes.
- Developing new and exciting bakery items to cater to seasonal demands and customer preferences.
- Managing inventory and restocking baking supplies as needed.
- Upholding the quality standards of MOR Bakery in all produced items.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workstation, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a baker or relevant role.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, starting between 2 and 3 am.
- Deep knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and a passion for baking.
- Food handling certification is a plus.
