Thorn Baker are working with a high end build and refurbishment contractor who are looking for a strong Site Manager for an upcoming project in the Cotswolds. This is a super high end, bespoke project including both build and refurbishment of multiple buildings. Ideally you will have experience managing luxury projects with multiple dwellings at one time.

This is a long term job forecast to last over 12 months, and temp to perm could be an option for the right person

What we are looking for:

Previous Site Management experience SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid Worked on high end projects before, ideally housing Experience managing a project with multiple houses
